Group Therapy
Find the strength within a community and join a counseling group. Group counseling can be a great fit to feel less alone while you work to better yourself. Each group is facilitated by a licensed professional that is focusing on the group's shared goal. With that being said, each group can look very different depending on goals and the facilitator. We will work with you and professionals to ensure that you are put in the group that works best for your needs.
Men's Group
Professionals facilitating this group are working to provide men with skills to navigate a wide range of obstacles. Some of these can include but are not limited to, problem-solving, emotional awareness, self-care, and relationship building. This is an environment where all challenges are welcome and can be worked together as a group.

Social Skills Group
Social skills groups are here to provide you with the opportunity to practice skills in a safe and welcoming space. Because of the pandemic we know that socializing has been difficult and some of our skills have not been practiced. We wanted to provide a space for you to practice and receive feedback on how to continue to flourish in all your environments.
Queer identifying Group
This is a group for queer adults 18+ who would like to "take a ride" together. The group will utilize expressive therapy methods to hold space for experiences of isolation, anxiety, and social disconnection. These feelings and realities may be amplified during winter days and the ongoing global unknowns of fate and wellness. As queer identifying folx, these experiences may turn up thoughts of “Other-ness” and inner voices of rejection, separation, and stigma. We will creatively explore and gently challenge these negative beliefs together. We will invite laughter, play, and togetherness through adversity as is the queer way! In the group, we will utilize writing, role reversal, projection, storytelling, metaphor, visualization, movement, and more! Healing can be fun, connected, and expansive!
